We has recently been made aware of a business card circulating in the market bearing "Victory Securities" name and the name of an individual, "Gabe" . We have also noted that this individual has attended events using "Victory Securities" name. 

We hereby clarify that this individual is not an employee of us and has no affiliation with us. The information stated on the aforementioned business card, including the title (Chairman), telephone number, and email address (Gabe@victory.markets), is not official information and is not authorized by us. 

Any statements, actions, promises, or business dealings conducted by this individual do not represent Victory Securities Company Limited. We shall not bear any legal or financial responsibility for their actions.
